 What is the Rainy Day Plan? 

We provide the following options in case of rain:

  • A pavilion tent can be set up over the picnic at no extra charge. This option works best for cases where there is a chance of rain or when light rain is forecasted. 
  • You can opt to postpone the picnic to another date. If this is communicated at least 24 hours ahead of the picnic, no additional charges apply. If this is communicated after the 24 hour deadline, additional charges will apply for the picnic spread.

What if I need to cancel my picnic? 

Sometimes even the best plans get interrupted by life! 

After the receipt of the payment, you can opt to cancel your picnic up to 48 hours before the picnic and receive a full refund. The cancellation must be communicated in writing via email, sent to 

After the 48 hour cut-off, a full refund is no longer possible. In this case, you have the option to postpone the picnic to another date and time.  

Where can I have the picnic? 

All our picnics take place in Volkspark Friedrichshain. From experience, we know which locations in Volkspark Friedrichshain work well for the picnic setup and are happy to advise. If you have a particular location in mind, though, we’re happy to set up there!

When can I have my picnic? 

Our picnics take place Wednesday - Sunday, from 13-20:30 CEST. Let us know the timeframe which suits you best and we'll plan for that.

An hour before your start time you'll receive a text with the exact location of the picnic in the park. At the end time, a member of our team will meet you to do the handover.
